It is the policy of Beta Analytic Inc. not to release information to any inquiring party other than the submitter, their representatives, and the entities paying for the analyses (if different than the submitter), except when required to do so by federal or state demand.

Access by Multiple Clients

If multiple parties are to have access to results, the submitter must provide the names of the individuals authorized to receive the results.

Beta Analytic considers all results to be the property of the submitting entities.
