Beta Analytic Maintains ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited Status

ASTM D6866 testing provider Beta Analytic has successfully completed its ISO/IEC 17025:2017 re-accreditation assessment, according to Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. PJLA said Beta Analytic’s certification will remain valid as long as the lab continues to maintain the re-accreditation assessments.

Aside from ASTM D6866, Beta Analytic also provides CEN/TS 16137, CEN/TS 16295, CEN/TR 15591, and EN 15440 testing. These standardized methods are based on radiocarbon analysis.

Beta Analytic maintains its ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation as part of its commitment to provide clients around the world high-quality results and excellent customer service. The lab first received its ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation in 2008 and has undergone re-accreditation assessment every year.

The ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation is universally recognized as the highest level of quality attainable by a testing laboratory. The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) recognize the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation as proof that an accredited lab (1) meets the technical competence requirements necessary for it to consistently deliver valid test results and calibrations, and (2) conforms to the principles of ISO 9001: 2008, the international standard for quality management systems.

The Beta Analytic laboratory is based in Miami, Florida, and has sample forwarding offices in various cities around the world including London, UK; Nagoya, Japan; Xiamen, China and Seoul, South Korea.
