She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Ecosystem Science & Policy and Political Science from the University of Miami, where she also earned a Sustainability Certificate. Her background in environmental science provides a strong foundation for communicating the applications and value of scientific testing across sustainability, biobased materials, environmental research and authentication.

William Kan – SGS Technical Services Manager

With a Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, William brings over a decade of experience in the TIC industry, spanning technical support, covering areas such as restricted substances and sustainability, to business development. He currently leads research and development initiatives focused on chemical testing compliance solutions for global markets, as well as sustainability strategies in collaboration with various international brands.
